Our temporary staffing services include:

  • All candidates are screened and interviewed by a trained Recruitment Consultant

  • 2 reference checks are performed on all candidates

  • A Health & Safety acknowledgment form is completed

  • For all candidates a Math’s, English and Problem Solving, Clerical assessment is appropriate to their skill set i.e.; Word, Excel etc

  • All licenses are verified

  • POLICE CHECKS-Compulsory police checks are conducted on all candidates

  • DRUG / ALCOHOL BREATH TEST-Compulsory random drug/alcohol testing are conducted on candidates specific to the job they have applied for. Adstaff has its own certified NZQA assessors to conduct random on-site testing

  • DRIVER LICENCE CHECKS- Driver License checks conducted where appropriate with NZ Transport Agency

  • ACC CHECKS- on candidates where appropriate with ACC

  • IMMIGRATION CHECKS- to the status of candidates residing in NZ where appropriate with Immigration NZ

  • PPE is provided to all candidates

We are competitive and are happy to quote rates anytime. All rates are calculated by the use of industry averages for each classification and include:

Adstaff Personnel Ltd offer a minimum engagement per assignment of 4 hours. Should you need to cancel an order please advise Adstaff Personnel Ltd 24 hours prior to start of the assignment. If cancellation is within 24 hours, a fee equal to 4 hours at the hourly charge out rate of the Temporary Staff will be charged. All payment is within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Should you find any candidates work performance unsatisfactory please advise us as soon as possible as we provide a 4 hour guarantee.

Adstaff's extensive history in the industry has seen the company achieve success with many of its candidate’s being offered permanent positions at the companies they have been assigned to. The fee for taking on a candidate is based on percentage of the annual salary accepted by the candidate and the hours they have worked on the assignment which is then pro-rated. This also applies to any candidate referred by Adstaff Personnel Ltd, either verbally or in writing, is employed by a client or its subsidiary or associated company, in any capacity whatsoever, within 6 months of introduction.
